Ali has been riding horses since she could barely walk. She grew up in Northern California, where her mom owned and operated a successful horse-training business and facilitated several opportunities for Ali to learn about everything involved in creating and maintaining horses, a business, while pursuing competitive goals.
From a young age, Ali always rode green or quirky horses and quickly gained a reputation for her ability to navigate this group of horses. This helped shape Ali’s desire to focus on young and troubled horses within the hunter/jumper industry.
After successfully showing on both the East and West coasts as a junior rider, Ali continued her education as a young professional, working with world-class horsemen as a barn manager, groom, and rider. Ultimately, Ali landed back on the West Coast and put permanent roots down in Southern Oregon with her husband and son.
Now, Ali owns and operates her training business, the family ranch, and a media company devoted to equine education. Ali only takes a handful of clients who prioritize their horse's well-being.
Tina has been involved in the horse industry her entire life. She found horses at a young age and committed herself to a lifelong endeavor of pursuing horsemanship and applying it to different disciplines. After working alongside world-renowned horsemen and running her own successful business for decades, she now teaches lessons and clinics with a particular passion for bridging the gap between fundamental skills and high-level performance. She loves working with all levels of riders and horses and has a special knack for helping riders navigate quirky minds.
